Vorbereitungszeit insgesamt etwa 1 1/4 Stunden Backzeit etwa 15 Minuten
Temperatur 200 Grad Celsius mittlere Schiene

500 Gramm Mehl (Typ 550)
30 Gramm Hefe
1/4 Liter Vollmilch
50 Gramm Zucker
1 Teelöffel Tafelsalz
60 Gramm Butter
1-2 Eier (Größe M)
125 Gramm Rosinen
etwas Zimt und Muskat

Zum Bestreichen:
etwa 30 Gramm flüssige Butter

Stütchen schmecken besonders gut aufgeschnitten, mit Butter und
Apfelkraut bestrichen und mit einer Scheibe Schwarzbrot oder
Pumpernickel belegt.

Getränkevorschlag: Milchkaffee

Zubereitung:
Aus den angegebenen Zutaten einen Hefeteig bereiten.

Teig zu kleinen Brötchen formen.
Die Oberseite kreuzweise leicht einschneiden und dick mit
flüssiger Butter bestreichen.

Stütchen auf einem gefetteten Backblech noch einmal gehen
lassen und im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 220 Grad Celsius auf mittlerer
Schiene goldgelb backen.
