150 g Kartoffeln
100 g Huehnerbrust
1 ts Zitronensaft
;Salz + Pfeffer
Muskat
150 g Spinat
1 ts Butter o. Margarine
1 ts Pinienkerne
60 g Mozzarella

Fuer Schwangere und Stillende: Eiweissreiches Mitagessen

Viel Eiweiss, Kalzium und Mineralstoffe, dagegen wenig Fett enthaelt dieses
schnelle Essen. Besonders schnell gart es in der Mikrowelle - Sie koennen
aber auch die Pfanne nehmen.

Die Kartoffeln waschen, in der Schale in wenig Wasser garkochen, pellen.
Inzwischen die Huehnerbrust heiss abwaschen, mit Kuechenpaier trockentupfen,
salzen und pfeffern. Das Fleisch mit Zitronensaft betraeufeln, dann in eine
mittelgrosse Mikrowellenform legen, mit Mikrowellenfolie abdecken und
5 Minuten bei 600 Watt garen. In der Zwischenzeit den Spinat verlesen, putze
waschen und abtropfen lassen. Den Spinat rund um das Fleisch verteilen oder
ihn in der Form verteilen und das Fleisch hineinsetzen. Spinat salzen,
pfeffern und mit Muskat wuerzen. Wieder abdecken und 3 Minuten bei 600 Watt
garen. Kartoffeln pellen, Mozzarella wuerfeln. Die Kartoffeln etwas
kleinschneiden und unter den Spinat mischen. Fleisch und Gemuese mit
Mozzarella belegen, Pinienkerne darueberstreuen, Butterfloeckchen aufsetzen.
Das Gericht nochmals 3 Minuten bei 600 Watt ueberbacken.
