600 g Winterkuerbis
Salz

FUELLUNG

2 Tomaten,getrocknet,eingelegt
-- fein gehackt
50 g Parmaschinken; fein gehackt
125 g Mozzarella; kleingeschnitten

ZUM BESTREUEN

2 tb Parmesan; gerieben


Winterkuerbis schaelen, Fleisch in zentimeterdicke Scheiben schneiden,
leicht salzen und im Dampf halbgar daempfen.

Tomaten, Parmaschinken und Mozzarella miteinander mischen.
Kuerbisscheiben trockentupfen, die Haelfte davon mit der Fuellung
bestreichen, mit den restlichen Kurbisscheiben bedecken und gut
zusammendruecken.

Mit Kaese bestreuen und im auf 200 Grad vorgeheizten Ofen 20 Minuten
ueberbacken.

Das Rezept kann auch mit Patissons zubereitet werden: die Patissons in
zentimeterdicke Scheiben schneiden. Auf beiden Seiten leicht salzen,
auf Kuechenpapier Saft ziehen lassen. Die Patissonscheiben gut
trockentupfen, wie oben beschrieben fuellen. Portionsweise im nicht
zu heissen Oel unter Wenden langsam braten. Mit Parmesan bestreuen
und sofort servieren.
