1 halber Kürbis von 1000 Gramm
100 Gramm Butter

Kürbis gibt es in Amerika das ganze Jahr über. Deshalb und wegen der wenige
Kalorien ersetzt er in vielen Familien die Kartoffel.
Dies ist ein amerikanisches Rezept.

Kürbis waschen, entkernen und mit einem sauberen Geschirrtuch abtrocknen.
Schnittfläche mit einem Drittel der Butter bestreichen. Mit der unbestrichenen
Seite auf ein Backblech setzen.

In den vorgeheizten Ofen auf die unterste Schiene schieben. Bei 240 Grad ca.
60 Minuten backen.

Danach noch 2 Minuten übergrillen und in Stücken servieren.
Beim Verzehr die Schale abschneiden. Kürbisfleisch mit Butterflöckchen
(restliche Butter verwenden) belegen und salzen.
255 Kalorien / 1067 Joule.

Als Abendessen mit Schwarzbrot und Butter oder als Mittagessen mit gegrillter
Hochrippe oder gebratener Lammkeule und Rosenkohl.
