Menge: 4 Portionen

1 Kilogramm rohe Kartoffeln
250 Gramm gekochte Kartoffeln
4 Eier (Größe M)
250 Gramm saure Sahne
Tafelsalz
weißer Pfeffer
80 Gramm Butterschmalz

Rohe Kartoffeln reiben und auf einem Sieb abtropfen lassen,
Gekochte Kartoffeln heiß durch eine Kartoffelpresse drücken
Rohe und gekochte Kartoffeln mit Eiern, Sahne, Salz und Pfeffer
verrühren, Kartoffelmasse in eine gefettete Kastenform
füllen und in den vorgeheizten Backofen setzen.

E: Unten. T: 200°C / 45 bis 55 Minuten

Pott-hucke aus der Form nehmen, auskühlen lassen und in Scheiben
schneiden. Butterschmalz erhitzen und die Scheiben darin knusprig
braun braten.

Beilage: Schwarzbrot, Knochenschinken.
