Menge: 4 Portionen

750 Gramm Lammfleisch
etwas Rapsöl
250 Milliliter Weißwein (oder hellen Traubensaft)
480 Gramm Tomaten (aus der Dose)
1 Zwiebel
1 Knoblauchzehe
etwas Lammgewürz
etwas Tafelsalz
2 Esslöffel Stärkemehl

Außerdem:

125 Milliliter geschlagene Sahne
eventuell 1 Paket Sahne-Steif

Schneiden Sie das kalt abgespülte Lammfleisch in Würfel und braten Sie es in heißem Rapsöl
an. Dann löschen Sie es mit dem Weißwein (oder, wenn Kinder mitessen, mit dem hellen Traubensaft)
ab. Danach ziehen Sie die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch ab und schneiden beides in kleine Würfel.
Anschließend geben Sie beides mit dem Lammgewürz und dem Tafelsalz zu dem Fleisch und garen es
etwa 40 Minuten. Zum Schluss binden Sie das Ganze mit dem Stärkemehl und heben die geschlagene
Schlagsahne unter.
