300 Gramm veganes Hackfleisch
2 große Zwiebeln (fein gehackt)
2 Esslöffel Rapsöl oder Sonnenblumenöl
1 Teelöffel Senf (mittelscharf)
1 Esslöffel Speisestärke
1 Teelöffel Majoran (getrocknet)
1 Teelöffel Paprikapulver (edelsüß)
100 Gramm Semmelbrösel
Etwas Salz
Etwas Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle
500 Milliliter Gemüsebrühe (vegane)

Die Zwiebeln in einer Pfanne mit 1 Esslöffel Rapsöl oder Sonnenblumenöl glasig anbraten.

Veganes Hackfleisch, gebratene Zwiebeln, Senf, Speisestärke, Majoran, Paprikapulver und Semmelbrösel in eine Schüssel geben und alles gut miteinander vermengen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.

Aus der Masse Klopse formen und diese in der restlichen Pfanne mit 1 Esslöffel Rapsöl oder Sonnenblumenöl anbraten, bis sie von allen Seiten goldbraun sind.

Die Klopse in die Gemüsebrühe legen und bei niedriger Hitze etwa 15 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen, damit sie durchziehen und die Aromen aufnehmen.

Unsere Tipps:

Fügen Sie gehackte Kapern zur Klopsmasse hinzu, um einen intensiveren Geschmack zu erhalten.

Sie können die Klopse in einer leichten Weißweinsauce servieren, um das Gericht zu verfeinern.

Als Beilage passen Kartoffeln oder veganer Kartoffelbrei hervorragend zu den Klopsen.
