8 Rosa Champignons
50 Gramm Kräuterbutter
8 Scheibe Vollkorntoast
6 Mittelere Tomaten
etwas Tafelsalz
etwas Pfeffer aus der Mühle
150 Gramm Mozzarella
1/2 Bund Glatte Petersilie

Champignons abreiben und die Stiele herausdrehen. Von der Kräuterbutter
8 dünne Scheiben abschneiden und in die Köpfe füllen

Toast rösten und mit der restlichen Butter bestreichen. Brote auf ein
Backblech legen.

Tomaten waschen, in Scheiben schneiden und auf die Brote verteilen. Die
Pilze mit der runden Seite nach oben daraufsetzen, salzen und pfeffern.

Toast auf der zweiten Schiene von unten im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 225°C
(Gas 4) 8 Minuten vorbacken. Mozzarella in Scheiben schneiden, auf die
Toasts legen und 7 Minuten überbacken.

Die Toasts mit gehackter Petersilie bestreuen.
