2 Mittelere Brötchen
1 rote Peperoni
3 Esslöffel Tomatenmark; anpassen
etwas Tafelsalz
1 Esslöffel Olivenöl
1/2 Teelöffel Kräuter der Provence
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 Zwiebel
60 Gramm grüne Kräuteroliven
- entsteint
2 Sardellenfilets
125 Gramm Mozzarella

Brötchen jeweils waagrecht in drei Scheiben schneiden. Im Toaster
leicht rösten.

Peperoni halbieren, entkernen, waschen und fein hacken. Tomatenmark,
Tafelsalz, Öl, Peperoni und Kräuter verrühren. Knoblauch schälen und
dazupressen. Backofen-Grill einschalten.

Zwiebel und Kräuteroliven in dünne Ringe schneiden. Sardellen
abspülen, trockentupfen und fein hacken. Mozzarella in Scheiben
schneiden. Tomatenpaste auf die Brote streichen. Zwiebel und
Olivenringe, Sardellen und Mozzarella darauf verteilen. Mini-Pizzen
auf dem Backofenrost auf der mittleren Schine unterm Grill
überbacken bis der Käse geschmolzen ist

Anmerkung: Falls keine Brötchen zur Hand sein solten - es geht auch mit
Toastbrot sehr gut. Dann allerdings nur vier Scheiben nehmen oder
die Menge des Belages etwas erhöhen.
