Menge: 4 Portionen

8 Scheiben Baguette (etwa 150 Gramm)
1 Knoblauchzehe
40 Gramm Butter
4 kleine Fleischtomaten (etwa 850 Gramm)
1/2 Bund Schnittlauch
1 Bund Petersilie
1 Bund Basilikum
4 Salbeiblätter
45 Gramm Sardellen
300 Gramm Mozzarella oder Ziegenkäse

Die Baguette-scheiben im Ofen goldbraun rösten. Die Knoblauchzehe
pellen und über die Butter pressen, mit einer Gabel gründlich
mischen. Die Knoblauchbutter auf die Baguette-scheiben streichen und
die Scheiben auf ein Backblech setzen. Die Tomaten waschen und in je
4 Scheiben schneiden. Alle Kräuter hacken. Die Tomaten-scheiben mit
einer Seite in die Kräuter drücken und mit der Kräuterseite nach
oben auf die Baguette-scheiben legen. Die Sardellen gründlich
abspülen und auf den Tomaten verteilen. Den Mozzarella in 4 Scheiben
pro Portion schneiden und auf die Sardellen legen. Die restlichen
Kräuter darüber verteilen. In den Backofen schieben und kurz
über-grillen. Heiß als kleine Vorspeise servieren.
