Menge: 2 Würste (je etwa 125 Gramm)

2 Reiswaffeln
100 Gramm Tofu (Natur)
1 1/2 Teelöffel Tomatenmark
2 Teelöffel Liquid Smoke
1 Teelöffel granulierte Zwiebeln
1/2 Teelöffel edel-süßes Paprika-Pulver
1/2 Teelöffel mildes geräuchertes Paprika-Pulver
1 Teelöffel Hefeextrakt
1/2 Teelöffel gemahlener Kardamom
1/2 Teelöffel gemahlenes Ingwer-Pulver
1/2 Teelöffel gemahlene frisch gemahlene Muskatnuss
1/2 Teelöffel Salz
1 Teelöffel gemahlener Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle
50 Gramm Bio-Kokosfett

Außerdem:
etwas Frischhaltefolie

Zerbröseln Sie erst die Reis-Waffeln und geben Sie sie in eine Küche-Maschine mit Schlag-Messer (oder einem
Mixer). Dann lassen Sie den Tofu abtropfen, zerbröckeln ihn grob und geben ihn mi dem Tomatenmark und
100 Milliliter kaltem Wasser zu den Reis-Waffeln. Danach geben Sie den Liquid Smoke, die granulierten
Zwiebeln, beide Paprika-Pulver-Sorten, das Hefeextrakt, den Kardamom, den Ingwer, die geriebene Muskatnuss
und etwas Salz und Pfeffer dazu.

Anschließend zerlassen Sie das Kokosfett in einem Topf und geben es dazu. Das Ganze pürieren Sie jetzt zu
einer cremigen Masse und lassen sie danach etwa 30 Minuten zugedeckt ruhen. Nach der Ruhezeit halbieren Sie
die Masse bitte und formen jede Hälfte zu einer etwa 10 Zentimeter langen Wurst. Die Würste wickeln Sie nun
doppelt in die Frischhaltefolie und lassen sie etwa 4 Stunden im Kühlschrank fest werden.

Die Würste werden in der Folie im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt.
