250 Gramm Tofu
10 Esslöffel Sojasauce
1 1/2 Teelöffel Gewürzmischung, (Tofu-Gewürz, aus dem Reformhaus)
1 Teelöffel Gewürzmischung(Garam-Masala)
1 Teelöffel Ingwer, gemahlen
1 Teelöffel Chili- Flocken (Pulbiber)
150 Gramm Kirschtomaten
1 Prise Paprikapulver (edelsüß)
1 Prise Pfeffer, frisch aus der Mühle

Schneiden Sie den Tofu zuerst in Würfel (etwa 1,5 x 1,5 Zentimeter groß). Dann geben Sie ihn in eine
Schüssel mit Deckel und geben die anderen Zutaten (außer den Tomaten) dazu. Mit dem Paprika-Pulver
sollten Sie sparsam umgehen, weil er beim Grillen sonst bitter wird ! Jetzt schließend Sie den Deckel
und schütteln die Schüssel gut, bis sich alle Zutaten vermischt haben.

Den Tofu Marinieren Sie so etwa 2-3 Stunden. Anschließend reihen Sie die Zutaten abwechselnd mit den
Tomaten auf Holzspieße auf und grillen sie auf dem Rost.
