300 Gramm Tofu
4 Esslöffel Sojasauce
1 Esslöffel Weißweinessig
1/2 Teelöffel Ahornsirup
2 Esslöffel abgezogene, gemahlene Mandeln
4 Esslöffel Sesamöl

Schneiden Sie erst den Tofu in etwa 1/2 Zentimeter dicke Scheiben. Dann verrühren Sie die Sojasauce
mit dem Essig und Ahornsirup in einer flachen Schale und marinieren die Tofuscheiben darin zugedeckt
etwa 2 Stunden. Danach nehmen Sie die Tofu-scheiben aus der Marinade, lassen sie etwas abtropfen und
wälzen sie in den Mandeln. Anschließend erhitzen Sie das Sesamöl in einer Pfanne und braten die
Tofuscheiben darin von beiden Seiten braun.
