8 Gewürzgurken,aus dem Glas, mittelgroße
2 Esslöffel Margarine
2 Esslöffel weißes Mehl
etwas Gurkenflüssigkeit
etwas Gemüsebrühe, instant
etwas Pfeffer, weißer, frisch aus der Mühle
1 Esslöffel Dill, frisch gehackt

Schneiden Sie die Gewürzgurken in kleine Würfel. Dann zerlassen Sie die Margarine in einem kleinen Topf und fügen die Gewürzgurken hinzu. Danach lassen Sie die Gewürzgurken glasig, bestäuben sie mit einem Sieb (damit es keine Klumpen gibt) mit weißes Mehl, rühren das Mehl etwas ein und mit löschen die Zutaten so viel Gurkenflüssigkeit ab, dass eine schön sämige Sauce entsteht. Anschließend schmecken Sie die Sauce mit etwas Gemüsebrühe und Pfeffer ab und rühren zum Schluss den kalt abgespülten und gehackten Dill unter.
