Für den Joghurt-Teig:
800 Gramm Weizenmehl
2 Pakete Backpulver
300 Gramm Joghurt (3,5 % Fett)
200 Milliliter Speiseöl, zum Beispiel Sonnenblumenöl
1 Teelöffel (gestrichen) Salz
2 Eier (Größe M)

150 Gramm Creme fraiche

Für den Belag:
480 Gramm abgetropfte Aprikosen-Hälften (aus der Dose)
460 Gramm abgetropfte Birnen-hälften (aus der Dose)
200 Gramm Walnuss-kerne
300 Gramm Blauschimmelkäse und Weißschimmelkäse, zum Beispiel Gorgonzola oder Roquefort

Heizen Sie als erstes den Backofen auf entweder etwa 200 Grad Celsius (Oberhitze/Unterhitze) oder auf
etwa 180 Grad Celsius (Heißluft) vor.

Dann mischen Sie für den Teig das Mehl mit dem Backpulver in einer Rührschüssel. Dann fügen Sie die
Eier, das Speiseöl und den Joghurt hinzu. Danach verarbeiten Sie die Zutaten mit einem Mixer (Knethacken)
kurz zu einem glatten Reis. Den Teig halbieren Sie jetzt, rollen jeweils eine Teig-Hälfte auf einem
Backblech (30 x 40 Zentimeter) aus und bestreichen sie mit der Creme fraiche.

Anschließend schneiden Sie für den Belag die Aprikosen-hälften und die Birnen-Hälften getrennt in
Würfel und hacken die Walnuss-kerne grob. Den Käse schneiden Sie bitte klein.

Dann verteilen Sie auf der Teig-Hälfte die Aprikosen-Würfel, auf der anderen Teig-Hälfte die Birnen-hälften.
Danach verteilen Sie die Käsewürfel mit den gehackten Walnuss-kernen auf den Teig-Hälften. Die beiden
Backbleche schieben Sie jetzt nacheinander (bei Heißluft zusammen) in den vorgeheizten Backofen. Zum Schluss
backen Sie die Pizzen etwa 25 Minuten je Backblech.
