300 Gramm Schafskäse
1 Prise gemahlenen Pfeffer frisch aus der Mühle
Salz
1/2 Teelöffel gerebelter Thymian
1 Prise gemahlenen Piment
16 Cocktailtomaten
2 Zwiebeln
200 Gramm Joghurt (3,5 % Fett)
1 abgezogene, zerdrückte Knoblauchzehe
1 Esslöffel Olivenöl
4 Pita-Brote (Fertigprodukt)
einige Salatblätter, zum Beispiel Kopfsalat
1 Prise Paprikapulver rosenscharf

Ihn unser PITA-BROT (VEGAN):


Den Schafskäse schneiden Sie in schmale Streifen und würzen ihn mit Pfeffer, Salz, Thymian und Piment.
Die Cocktailtomaten spülen Sie ab und entfernen die Stängelansätze. Anschließend schneiden Sie die
Tomaten in Scheiben.

Die Zwiebeln ziehen Sie ab, schneiden sie erst in Scheiben und danach teilen Sie die Zwiebeln in Ringe.
Den Joghurt verrühren Sie mit 1/2 gestrichenen Teelöffel Salz, einer Prise Pfeffer und dem Knoblauch.
Zum Schluss schlagen Sie das Olivenöl unter.

Die Pita-Brote backen Sie (bei einem Fertigprodukt) nach Packungsanweisung auf und schneiden sie danach
waagerecht durch. Die Brothälften belegen Sie mit jeweils abgespülten Salatblättern. Den Schafskäse, die
Tomatenscheiben und die Zwiebelringe legen Sie darauf. Anschließend verteilen Sie die Joghurtsauce darauf.
Die Brote können Sie nach eigenem Belieben mit Paprikapulver bestreuen.
