2 Knoblauchzehen
1 Messerspitze geriebenen Ingwer
2 Champignons
1 Teelöffel Olivenöl
30 Gramm Räuchertofu
2 Blatt Salbei
1 Teelöffel gehackten Estragon
1 Tasse gekochten Reis
1 Prise Pfeffer
1 Prise Salz
einige Tropfen Trüffelöl

Würfeln Sie den Kürbis, die Knoblauchzehen hacken Sie und rösten Sie beides zusammen mit dem
Ingwer und den blättrig geschnittenen Champignons in Olivenöl an. Währenddessen würfeln Sie
den Tofu und geben ihn hinzu. Abgeschmeckt wird mit Estragon und Salbei. Den Reiß rühren Sie
anschließend unter und braten alles für etwa 5-6 Minuten bei kleiner Hitze an. Nun schmecken
Sie das Gericht nochmal mit Pfeffer und Salz ab, richten an und beträufeln es mit Trüffelöl.
