40 GrammZwiebeln
40 GrammSellerie
40 GrammSpeck
250 MilliliterBier
500 MilliliterFleischbrühe
125 MilliliterSahne (süß)
Kerbel
Butter, (zum Anbraten)

Das Gemüse und den Speck in Würfel schneiden und in Butter 2-3 Minuten in Butter (in einem Topf oder einer Pfanne) rösten.
Danach die Schwarzbrotwürfel (ein paar müssen Sie für die Suppeneinlage aufheben) noch kurz mit rösten. Anschließend mit
Bier und der Fleischbrühe aufgießen. Etwa 20 Minuten kochen lassen, die Sahne dazugeben und dann mit dem Stabmixer pürieren.
Das Ganze wird mit Pfeffer und Salz abgeschmeckt.

Die Suppe mit den Schwarzbrotwürfel und mit Kerbel ausgarnieren.
