Menge für 4 Portionen

Zutaten:
4 Weinbergpfirsiche (alternativ 2 normale Pfirsiche)
150 Milliliter trockener Rotwein
8 Esslöffel Mumme
8 Esslöffel Orangensaft
1 Messerspitze Pfeffer
1 Messerspitze Piment & Zimt (optional)
1 Lorbeerblatt
2 Esslöffel Zitronensaft
1 Esslöffel Ahornsirup
1-2 Mozzarellas
Schinken

Die Flüssigkeiten alle mit den Gewürze in einem Topf vermengen und aufkochen.
Weinberg-Pfirsiche waschen, im Ganzen hinzugeben oder vorher halbieren und
entkernen. Anschließend etwa 15-20 Minuten in dem Sud kochen. Pfirsiche aus
dem Sud nehmen, in einer Auflaufform in den Ofen mit Mozarella bei 180 Grad
überbacken. Dann anrichten und mit Salatblättern und zum Beispiel Parmaschinken.

Schmeckt auch mit Vanilleeis statt mit Schinken und Salat.
