Menge: 2 Portionen

500 Gramm Rindfleisch
15 Gramm Fett
2 große Zwiebeln
½ Liter Fleischbrühe
Pfeffer und Salz
500 Gramm Äpfel
1 Esslöffel Mehl
Obstessig (siehe Tipp) und Zucker

Das Rindfleisch würfeln und in einem Topf anbraten. Die Zwiebeln schälen,
würfeln und zu den Fleisch geben. Das ganze mit Fleischbrühe ablöschen und
mit Pfeffer und Salz würzen. Nun etwa 40-45 Minuten garen.

Äpfel schälen, vom Kerngehäuse befreien, in Scheiben schneiden und zum Fleisch
geben und weitere 5 Minuten garen. Das Gericht mit etwas Mehl binden und
süßsauer abschmecken.
